FUNDRAISING CONCERT UPDATE
A message from Enda Markey, Alain Boublil & Claude-Michel Schönberg:
In January this year, Bouberg Productions, IMG Artists and Enda Markey in association with Resorts World Manila presented two special performances of Do You Hear The People Sing? to raise money to support the Yolanda rebuilding programme for Habitat for Humanity, Philippines.
The concerts raised P28.8 million (AU$770,000) to build 209 homes to create the “Sun and Moon” village in Ormoc, Leyte. Already, almost half of these homes have been built, with the project scheduled for completion early in 2015.
