What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, location, production interests and message. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address, consent and signup source. We also receive ordinary website information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, and technical logs.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you and manage production, touring, presenting, partnership and press enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not add you to our mailing list. We use mailing-list information only to send the production news you requested, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Services we use
Web3Forms processes enquiries on servers in the United States and forwards them to us. Our Sendy installation manages mailing-list subscriptions and email delivery. Google Analytics helps us understand use of the site. The site also uses Google Fonts, Vimeo video and image services, and our website host. These providers receive the information needed to deliver their services, which may be processed outside Australia.
Website analytics

Storage and disclosure
Enquiries are delivered to and held in our business email. Mailing-list details are held in Sendy. Analytics and ordinary security logs are held by the relevant service providers. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or as required by law. We do not sell personal information, and share it only with service providers supporting the website and our communications, or where required by law.
Your privacy rights
You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. You may also make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information. . We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
